The mission of the Rockwall Animal Services group is to specialize in the adoption and humane care of animals and the general health and safety of our community by providing professional public contact; ensuring compliance with the local and state regulations; promptly responding to requests for services: remaining visible and available to help; and engaging In proractive public service and educational programs.

ANIMAL REGISTRATION
Registrations are available on a one year or three year basis depending on the vaccination given. One year fees are $5.00 for neutered and $20.00 for un-neutered. Three year fees are $15.00 for neutered and $30.00 for un-neutered. To acquire a City tag, you must show proof of current rabies vaccination.

*If your animal is spayed or neutered, your rabies certificate must reflect this, or you must provide documentation that shows that they are altered. Three year registration can only be issued if a three year vaccination was given.

All dogs are required to display a current City registration and rabies tag. You may register your pet in person at: 385 S Goliad or 1825 Airport Rd. Please note that both Rockwall City Hall and Rockwall Adoption Center can ONLY accept cash or check. You can also download and fill out the Animal Registration Form below and mail it to the address at the end of this section.  Animal Registration Form
