OUTSIDE STORAGE

Trash, rubbish, unused construction materials, plumbing fixtures, auto parts, discarded furniture, household appliances and unsightly/unsanitary matter cannot be stored outside on your property.

RV STORAGE
Unified Development Code - Sec 26-507
On lots smaller than 1.5 acres, recreational vehicles must be screened from public view with either a six foot fence or solid landsaping. However, an RV may be stored anywhere on your property for up to 48 hours for loading and unloading before or after a trip.

  JUNKED VEHICLES
Code of Ordinances Sec 26-129
Junked vehicles cannot be stored anywhere on a property other than being stored in an enclosed structure.

OVERHANGING LIMBS
Code of Ordinances Sec 36-1(f)
Overhanging limbs must be kept trimmed to a minimum height of 12 feet over street and alleys and 8 feet above public side walks. In addition, they cannot obstruct street lights or signs.
